About the Quarterly HRO Open Forum
The quarterly HRO (Human Resource/Operations) Open Forum was created as part of the Get Into Water Project which is addressing workforce challenges in the Colorado water and wastewater industry. Specifically, we want to open lines of communication between human resource and operations professionals and enhance collaboration in addressing workforce issues into the future. Topics of discussion include Retention, Job Descriptions, Recruitment, Training, and HR Communications.
- Join human resource and water/wastewater operations supervisors from across Colorado at the next HRO Open Forum will be held February 29, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the City of Fort Collins.
